The machine that we propose carries out the fittings assembly and marking, it is composed of a 16-divisions rotating table with an attached area, where an anthropomorphic robot loads the pieces onto the piece-holders.
The machine is completely automatic, the operator just loads the components in the feeding systems.
The approximate production rate is 1800 pieces / hour.
